Kesley Ramsey

Kesley, a 2008 graduate of Ramapo High School, is one of the top all around runners in Bergen County history. Her best marks are inside the top 10 in both the 800 and 1600 and she ranks inside the top 50 in both the 400 and 3200. She won the Bergen County XC Meet of Champs and was named Athlete of the Year twice by The Star Ledger and three times by The Record. She spent her college years at Brown University where she owned a 1500 PR of 4:26 (equal to a 4:45 mile) and qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships.

Shaye Wisse

Shaye is one of the best all around track athletes to train at SCI. While at IHA she competed in the 100 hurdles, 55 hurdles, high jump, long jump and triple jump. Her best event was the long jump, where she placed second at the 2014 Bergen County Meet of Champs and 12th at the State Meet of Champs. She now competes for Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania. 

Personal Bests: HJ - 4-10   LJ - 17-2.5   TJ - 34-8.5

Paul Sheridan

Paul is one of the best javelin throwers in Bergen County history. His senior year he set the Paramus Catholic school record and became just the 17th Bergen County boy to ever throw 190+ feet. He placed second at the Bergen County Meet of Champs and competed in the State Meet of Champs and New Balance Outdoor National Championships. He went on to compete for Villanova.

Personal Bests: Javelin - 190-0

James Buser

James has been an SCI clients since 2012. He started running track as a freshman at Mahwah High School and has been making tremendous improvements each year. During the 2012-13 indoor season he ran six 800 meter races and set PRs in five of them. His best race came in the seasons most important meet, the New Balance Indoor National Championships, where he finished 6th in 1:52.21. James had all the top colleges in the country recruit him and eventually decided to continue his career at Penn.

Kristen Traub

Kristen first came to train at SCI in 2009. While competing for Eastern Christian High School she posted some of the best times in North Jersey history. Her 4:53 for the 1600 is the Passaic County record and placed her second at the State Meet of Champs. Her best mark of 2:14 in the 800 ranks fourth all time in Passaic County. She went on to compete for Marist College and was consistantly one of their top cross country runners and set multiple personal bests on the track.

Erik Moutenot

Erik first came to SCI in 2011 to improve his running form and learn the basics of hurdling. He made massive improvements and while competing at Mahwah High School set PRs of 53.99 in the 400 hurdles and 1:56 in the 800, making him one of the best mid distance runners in the state. He went on to run for TCNJ where he lowered his 800 best to 1:54.

Corey Crawford

Corey has been training at SCI since 2009. While competing for Indian Hills High School he was one of the best long jumpers in the country and still hold the Bergen County record at 25-0 1/2. His senior year he won the State Meet of Champs and placed third at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals. He went on to compete for Rutgers, where he competed in the long jump, high jump.100, 200 and 400. He finished his collegiate career by placing 4th in the long jump at the NCAA Championships and went on to compete at the 2016 Olympic Trials.

Alexander Triana

Alex first started training at SCI in 2009. At Emerson High School he was a 1st team all league member in both cross country and track and claimed the 800 and 1600 league titles his senior year. He went on to run for the College of St. Rose and set PRs in both the 400 and 800.

Jon Pitt

Jon first started training at SCI back in 2011. Competing for South Brunswick High School he placed second in the triple jump at the 2013 New Balance Indoor Nationals. His personal best of 49-7.5 was also good enough to rank second nationally. In addition to the triple jump he competes in the long jump and occasionally runs the 400. Jon's hard work has earned him a spot on the track team at his dream school, LSU.

Ally Schlosser

Ally is one of the most consistant clients SCI has ever had and has been training here nearly her whole high school running career. She and her brother Eric have been working with Coaches Brad, Kyle and Seth on running technique, speed and strength and injury prevention. 

Over the last four years Ally has steadily improved to become one of the top runners in the state of New Jersey. As a junior she placed 19th in the 3200 at the State Meet of Champs and her senior cross country season she captured the NJ North 2 Sectional Championship. She now competes at D-1 Boston University!

Seth Zuidema

Seth, a graduate of Midland Park High School, comes from a long line of Zuidema's who have dominated Bergen County in the Javelin. He first started training at SCI in 2012 to work on his form for both the discus and jav. His best event is the jav, where he has a high school personal best of 207-7, a mark which ranks third in Bergen County history. He won the Bergen title in both his junior and senior seasons and his 207-7 ranked 8th in the nation in 2014. He went on to compete at UCONN.

Lindsey Lucas

Lindsey began training at SCI as a sophomore in high school to work on speed and strength and to get faster in xc and track. Since then she has been one of SCI's most consistant clients and continues to train when home from college.

Her junior year she was named All Bergen County Second Team in cross country and her senior year she placed 10th at the Bergen Meet of Champs in the 3200. She now competes in both xc and track at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. 

Personal Bests: Mile - 5:27   5000 - 18:18

Najee Glass

Najee is one of the best high school sprinters of all time. When he graduated he ranked fourth all time in the indoor 400 meters and his 46.06 ranked number one in the nation in 2012. His senior year he ranked top 5 nationally in 5 events - 200 (third - 21.48), 400 (first - 46.06), 500 (second - 1:02.16), 600 (fifth - 1:20.47) and outdoor 400 (46.43). He went on to compete for Florida, where he has run in multiple NCAA Championships both individually and as part of a relay team.

Personal Bests: 200 - 21.05   400 - 44.79   4x400 relay - 2:59.73

Aidan Kutner

Aidan first came to SCI in 2013 to work on staying injury free for soccer and track. He learned his hurdling technique at our track and field training groups. On the track he specialized in the 110 and 400 hurdles. His best race in high school came at the 2014 nj sectionals, where he ran a personal best 55.97 in the 400 hurdles. He also finished sixth at the Bergen County Meet of Champs. He went on to compete for Colgate.

Max Bruno

Max is one of the most talented track runners in Bergen County history. While competing for Indian Hills he split 1:52 as a sophomore, establishing himself as the county's best 800 runner. The next year he broke the junior class national record in the 1000 with a time of 2:27. Max had offers from all the national powerhouse schools and ultimately decided to continue his career in the ACC at Maryland.

Maura Burke

Maura trained at SCI for more than four years. During that time she went from playing on the JV team as a sophomore to being named All Conference in both volleyball and track and Ramapo College. She currently serves as assisant coach at Salisbury College in Pennsylvania.

Accomplishments: Qualified for 2011 NCAA DIII outdoor championships in heptathlon  /  2011 ECAC heptathlon champion  /  Team captain of Ramapo College women's track and field and volleyball teams. 

Ryan Dritschel

 

Ryan first started training at SCI in 2013. He works on speed and strength and running form with Coach Brad and Coach Kyle. In high school he was the top distance runner at Westwood and made multiple bergen meet of champs in xc and track. He had PR's of 4:38 at 1600 and 17:08 at 5k xc, but now competing at Rider he has already lowered his marks in nearly all his events.

Personal Bests: 1500 - 4:07   5k xc - 16:30   8k xc - 27:00

Kaitlin Salisbury

 

Kaitlin can make a claim to being the best all around track athlete in north jersey history. She is the north jersey record holder in the long jump and ranks in the top five in the triple jump,100 and 200. In 2015 she won the NJ state meet of champs in the long jump and triple jump and was runner up in the 100. She started training at SCI in 2013 to get rid of nagging injuries and to work on improving her jumping form. Kaitlin was recruited by just about every major program in the country and ultimately decided to attend D1 Bucknell in the Patriot League.
